Very rare opportunity to acquire a superb and highly original Fraser Nash single seat race car.

This car has been in the ownership of the same family since 1978 and is one of only 3 Norris specials ever built.

The car has competed in many VSCC events throughout its history and was the last Nash to win the Mendola Hill Climb in the late 70's.

The Norris brothers built the car in the early thirties and it is the first of 3, single seat specials made by them, this one being the most unique as it is very much original including all original body panelling.

The first photo was taken at a VSCC Hill climb, Harewood April 2007 and the seat has been upholstered in black leather since.

The car is powered by a 1500cc FWD Alvis engine complete with supercharger producing somewhere between 70- 90 bhp (we think) connected to the rear axle using typical Nash chain gearing.

The VSCC Buff form states that it is a 1928 FN chassis and a 1928 Alvis engine so FIA papers would be no problem, it is a very well known car with a traceable provenance through the Nash club.

This car comes complete with a V5 road registration document so could be used for road rallies or road going fun.
