Description: Peugeot XV8R space frame prototype based on a Peugeot 407 shell built for Mike Endean by QM Engineering. The car features a 3.5 Litre Nicholson McLaren Cosworth currently tuned to 650 BHP although this can be increased to in excess of 900 BHP with the addition of twin turbo units. The engine is mated to an Xtrac DTM transaxle with 6 speed sequential shift and a carbon prop shaft. Suspension is a twin wishbone pushrod set up with Koni 4 way shock absorbers. AP brakes, centre lock wheels & air jacks. There are 2 carbon Recaro hans capable seats, full Motec data logging and both 120 & 80 litre ATL fuel tanks. This car is super quick having won first time out at a Britcar event at Donington in the hands of Kelvin Burt setting a fastest lap of 1.10.885 This car is suitable for a variety of sprint and endurance events and would make the most fabulous track day car.
