A well-kept and stunning BMW enthusiast-owned 1976 BMW 2002 California model looking for a new owner. The car was purchased as a retirement hobby and a reminder of an exact same color car he drove out of a showroom in 1976. The car was repainted in California in 1991 and the engine was rebuilt there in 1989. The car has a total of around 170,000 miles and the engine about 70,000. It does not smoke or burn oil. Oil analysis record can be provided. The car has won several awards at BMW Car Club of America concours events. It is only driven in good weather and is always kept covered in a warm garage.

2016 Pulled engine (new high-performance Wallotnesch radiator modified with factory radiator hardware to accommodate use of the original fan shroud

2016 Transmission (new input shaft/output shaft seals, new clutch disk, shift tower rebuild, new guibo, differential seals replaced

2016 Installed new Vredestein tires (12/14) on 5.5” x 13” on steel wheels
