One of Colin Chapmans famous designs: This Lotus 22 started life  with Jim Russells Racing school

at Snetterton  Chassis no 8 out of 10 supplied and still has its original Arch Motors Chassis (AM 84)22-J-52 was subsequently sold on to Ken Booth from Fullwood  nr. Preston  in 1972 who recommissioned it and sold it to Italy in March 1985.Bought by well know Lotus collector Alessandra  Ripamonti from Bergamo Milan and driven by Achile Minoia from 1986  through to 2007 in the Italian National Championship Scuderia  Madunina

and  Coppa CSAI  the forunner series to the Lurani Trophy .

Raced by a total of 86 events by Minoia at Monza/Vallelunga/Varano/Nurburgring among others Reimported by myself into GB in 2012 . I undertook a complete restoration including engine and gearbox rebuilds a complete and extensive restoration of everything on the chassis.

New parts fitted include  Rose joints,Oil tank,Petrol tank,Radiator, some minor chassis repairs.

powder coated Chassis and completed a sympathetic rebuild over the next 12 months 

including painting body and Nickle plating all suspension components with lots of gear ratios
