Pistons machined to clear valves (if big valve head fitted later)

Compression 10.5:1 quality cylinder head gasket

Fully gas-flowed/ported head, std size valves, with profiled inlet valves

Burton FP 465A Duplex springs, with correct fitted heights

Steel rocker shaft (new) and steel rocker posts

Alloy rocker cover

Lightened/balanced con-rods with uprated big-end bolts

Mexico big winged sump, modified oil pick up pipe (may require dip-stick

New high pressure oil pump (Burton)

Use 20-50 oil for initial running 4.5 lt

Fuel pump blanking plate

Piper Ford X/F modified distributor with new H/H electronic ignition

Burton HT leads (new)

Twin 40 DCOE Weber carbs jetted to suit, long inlet manifold

Chokes 32, aux vent 4.5, main 115, emulsion tube F16, air 175, idle 45F9, Acc pump .40

Flywheel 110 teeth

Increase plug gaps 30-35 thou with electric ignition
