McLaren M6 Can Am Replica

This car was built as a tribute to the Mc Laren M6 Can Am car. It is a recreation by Carl Coelln KG in Germany using the Mc Laren M6 body style and technical design principles.
Monocoque chassis with Koni shocks, magnesium uprights and full nickle plated suspension
AP Racing brakes
Chevy CT525 full aluminum engine with Edelbrock portfuel injection, magnesium bellhousing, machined billet and structural oilpan and app. 540 HP
Hewland LG 600 magnesium gearbox, 5 Speed H pattern
Engine and gearbox are mounted as semistressed members of the chassis and carry the rear supension
FIA compliant rubber fuel cells, seat belts and fire extinguishers
The car was tested at Red Bull Ring in 2021 and won its first outing race in 2022 at Brno raceway in the histocup series

The car is elegible to run at the Histocup series Austria and the YTCC race series in Europe.
As it is not an exact copy of a Mc Laren M6 by intent it does not carry FIA HTP papers
