The position

We are currently looking for a Full time / Part Time Parts Manager to join our team based a Silverstone circuit, to manage our parts store.

As Parts Manager you will be responsible for the cataloguing, reordering and selling of Ferrari parts and spares and expanding the online selling of parts via our website and other online platforms.

You will be completely hands-on and looking to organise and grow this area of the business that is an important function to ensure the smooth running of the workshop and race team.

Essential requirements:

• A basic knowledge of automotive parts
• Excellent attention to detail in all areas
• Ability to work within a team and manage tasks without supervision
• Ability to plan and think ahead to manage lead times
• Be keen to learn and take responsibility
• Experience with online windows-based systems and Excel

Desirable requirements:

Previous experience working in a parts and automotive environment would be an advantage. Understanding of the ordering and purchasing processes, as well as planning and organising / reorganising of a parts store area would also beneficial.

Some technical IT skills and a willingness to learn and develop an important aspect of the business are key to success in this area.
