Brand new build for the 2023 season 

Based from a Titan Silver 2004 car, no expense spared. All optional extras and full attention to details and common failing points addressed.

New updated roll cage design from Custom Cages, Klarius exhaust, Gazshocks suspension and ECU map.

Powder coated and refurbed style 134 wheel set (lightest wheel set available under regs) with a fresh set of NS-2Rs.

Stud conversion, stripped and painted rear axle, with full rear suspension Strongflex bush kit (inc diff and subframe bushes), new rear brake lines, stainless braided hoses, adjustable front droplinks, new Brembo pads and discs, M3 front wishbones and rear wheel bearings.

New Sparco race seat and purple STR harness both 2027 dated. 

Engine: New spark plugs, valve cover gasket, vanos solenoid seals, JCRacing sump baffle with powder coated sump, rear main seal replacement, oil cooler with associated pipework with new gaskets. New air filter with 2l intake box and MAF. AC pipework delete. Running 5w30m Castrol edge oil.

Stunning new Sabelt alcantara wheel with quick release mechanism and MOMO boss, steering lock disabled.

Motul 660 brake fluid, G48 coolant flush and new ATF.

All sound deadening removed and interior painted silver. rear wiper delete, Track car door cards (front and rear), window switches still in working order and rear cut out for window winder. Bonnet pins.

TTV lightweight flywheel with new clutch.

Race battery, with interior and exterior cut offs. Plumbed in fire extenguisher dated 09/24 for next service. Front and rear tow straps. Oil pressure, temperature and voltage gauges in cockpit.

This is my third time building a 116 trophy car, including car no.999 which has very successfully finished the 2022 season including a pole qualifying.
