Category. historic group R sports. raced by Toleman as a European F2 car driven by Brian Henton in 1979 finishing runners up in the championship. The car was then sold to a race team Genoa racing in America.

It was converted to a single seater Can-Am sports car. Competing in the 1983 World sports racing Prototypes. Driven by Marzio Romano in the USA. Other drivers include Maurizo Flammini and Juan Manuel Fangio 111.

The car was totally restored in 1998 with no expense spared including a new tub ny Bahner.

The car was imported into Australia in 2005 by Peter Larner & Keith Morling. The car has been raced in Historic Racing and has won numerous major events.

IT has been professionaly maintained and is in excellent condition. Recently has had a full gearbox overhaul including a new crown wheel and pinion. Also a new stainless steel exhaust system. The engine is a fuel injsected 2.0 ltr 420R Hart. The gear box is a  FT200 Hewland.

Spares include - 3 sets of wheels, some suspension components, uprights, body work etc.

The car has historic log book and certificate of description.

If desired the car could easliy be put back into  European Formula 2 specs.
