This is an incredibly rare owner’s handbook as supplied by McLaren to each owner upon purchase between 1995 and 1998. 106 were made for the owners of each car (road and GTR and LM) with their chassis numbers added inside by Gordon Murray who did this personally.

Some extra copies were printed in the event that a mistake was made in completion or the serial numbered copies were lost. All in all, less than 200 were printed and luxuriously bound with an F1 badge embedded to the hardback cover and they are nearly impossible to find.

The mint manual is 120 pages long in a hardbound jacket with the following contents;

This book measures 8.75×8.5” / 22×21.5cm and is in excellent, as-new

This particular example has come direct from a senior team member who
worked alongside Gordon Murray and comes with his personal letter of
authenticity.

This piece was hand signed exclusively for MM by Gordon Murray at a private signing at his Surrey home in April 2022.
