1984 Spirit 101-1 Cosworth DVF

This car was built by Spirit (Honda) for the 1984 world championship. Following the withdrawl of Honda support for 1984, the car was fitted with a DFV then later a Hart engine.The car ran with both a DFV Cosworth engine and also a Hart Turbo engine in F1 races driven by Mauro Baldi, this car is chassis no 1 of 2 cars built.

The car is restored and ready to race, and will be sold with fresh crack test certificates and FIA HTP papers. The engine has only one race weekend since rebuild and is a short stroke DFV with just over 500bhp.

The car includes a spares package of suspension and body parts, as well as basic running spares. Eligible for Masters FIA Formula One and Masters USA F1
