A fantastic two owner Newmar Ventana Bunkhouse which was originally imported new by ourselves in 2014 and then converted in our own workshops both for UK IVA & 240v mains electrical . This coach oozes quality throughout, built on the Freightliner Custom Chassis and powered by the silky smooth and powerful Cummins 340hp ISB Engine this Newmar is a pleasure to drive with its mega comfortable captains seats and Newmars sensitivity adjustable Comfort Drive. The exterior is finished in classy Ashbrook full paint giving the coach a superior look, all your storage requirement’s are catered for with an abundance of exterior lockers and pass through storage compartments. This Newmar also comes with an electrically operated habitation door awning and a large electrically operated patio awning with wind speed sensor in addition it has also been fitted with an exterior gas BBQ point for when you are entertaining so no more lugging around extra gas bottles. Upon entering the coach you will be impressed by the feeling of space and quality fixtures & fittings, finished in Empire Maple cabinetry and Quartz décor, Corian Worktops and a easy clean tiled effect laminate floor lighting is provided by low drain LED lighting throughout. The lounge area consists of opposing three seater and two seater rock & roll sofa beds with belts for four people and a four seater dream dinette which has one seat belt built in, the Air-conditioning unit situated in the roof keep this area cool and comfortable in hot conditions and the Suburban furnace keeps the coach toasty warm when the temperature drops. Entertainment in the lounge has been catered for by means of a large Vizio HDTV up front, Maxview Auto Satellite system, Skybox and Sony Theatre Sound System. Opposite the Dream Dinette and double door fridge freezer with ice maker is a large kitchen with acres of cupboard space, Corian worktop containing a large double sink unit with Corian covers, three burner gas hob and a Frigidaire Convection Microwave. Moving on down the coach you enter a corridor containing the large comfortable bunk beds with dropdown TV and LED lighting with opposite W/C compartment incorporating large shower with acrylic door and vanity sink with W/C. The rear of the coach contains a sumptuous walk round queen sized fixed bed with under bed storage at the base of the bed is an selection of storage cupboards and drawers which contains a large HD Vizio TV.
