2017 Empire Evo 2, offered for sale from the end of September 2021.

The car was built by Bill Chaplin for the start of 2017 season and has been continually developed & maintained by Bill and ourselves since then into a proven top performing single seater at the National level. It currently runs in the 1100 class in the BHC with a number of class wins during the 2021 season.

- Carbon skinned tub with minimal space frame chassis and carbon honeycomb panels bonded to the frame.
- Carbon wings front and rear.
- Carbon aero floor.
- Quaife LSD and high strength driveshafts.
- Quantum 2-way adjustable rear suspension and Koni monoshock front suspension.
- Estimated weight (with GSXR1000 fitted) approx 300kgs.
- Ready to accept installation of 1100 class engine.

Asking price of £15,800 as a rolling chassis. 

We also have a 998cc GSXR1000 engine which we would be willing to fit in the car and sell as a complete package ready to race. In addition to the rolling chassis specification above, this would also include:

- Suzuki Engine K8 GSXR1000 (998cc), raised compressions and gas flow cylinder head. Mapped at 185bhp in 2020.
- 4 to 1 race exhaust with carbon can
- Plays Kool Paddle shift kit
- Launch control sensors
- DTA s100 ECU
- Oil and fuel pressure sensors
- AIM Dash
- Fully fitted wiring loom

This exact set up was run by us during the 2020 season. Some of the times we achieved with this engine included 26.37 (Shelsley Walsh), 51.99 (Harewood) and 29.87 (Gurston Down).

Asking price of £21,800 for this package. 

The car has massive potential and has qualified for BHC run offs on 12 occasions so far during 2021 against much more powerful machinery (running a separate 1070cc engine on methanol fuel). We are still setting personal best times at almost every hill this year, with the chassis handling as good as ever and showing no signs of slowing down with age. Times in 2021 include 25.25 (Shelsley), 38.22 (Prescott), 28.66 (Gurston), 36.67 (Wiscombe).

Car based on the Isle of Wight, happy to help arrange & cover ferry travel costs for buyers transporting with a trailer (crossing is approx. 45 minutes from Southampton).
