The conversion was completed by renowned experts SC Sporthomes and includes, Double Bed, Shower & Toilet, Oven & Hob, Sink & Radiator, Electrics. As you will see in the photos the interior is beautifully fitted out and is in excellent condition having barely been used. The rear internal area has been fitted out with aluminium tread plate finish perfect for safely storing bikes, wheels, parts or tools. 

The vehicle did sit idle for some time so we have completed a deep clean of interior including a new toilet pump and check of all ancillaries to be working, we would reccomend carrying out your own habitation check for your own peace of mind. Mechanically the vehicle drives beautifully and had a good oil & filters service, MOT and new battery fitted in 2021 and in 2022 we have also fitted New Tyres, repaired electric sliding door and a number of other small items to ensure everything is working as it should be. We have also given a full external valet including the roof, the only point to note is exterior bumper and plastics colour coded painted areas are showing signs of deteriorating. Many new owners apply  wraps and logo's so this has currently been left 'as is' ready for next owner to personalise as they desire.
