Description:
The very early Lotus 51 Formula Fords (1968) were supplied as standard (The Hewland was an optiona extra) with this type of 4-speed gearbox and normally provided with the change-lever on the left side of the driver.
This came fitted to one of my Lotus 51's and we swapped the box to Hewland as I preferred RH change position. This box is now surplus. Was working perfectly when I last raced it .
I'm fairly sure this IS NOT suitable for Lotus 18 Formula Juniors.
Bellhousing & clutch, are not shown in photos and are NOT included.... before anyone asks. What you see is what you get.
Can deliver UK mainland within 200 miles of Dewsbury if asking price paid.
