Remains of a VanDiemen Formula 2000.

This is the VanDiemen produced car that ran with awful 8v DOHC Ford Scorpio/Sierra/Transit engine & LD 200 initaily as Formula Forward later renamed Formula 2000 in mid /late 1990s. Alliance & Leicester sponsored the series with significant money so it was quite successful. the cars claim to fame was that they have a nice big cockpit capable of accommodating the well fed & the cars were quite pretty.

Consists of alloy clad Spaceframe Chassis, Nosecone & top body section, 4 Uprights complete with bearings /wheel flanges etc/ Alloy front casting/ nosecone support structure/ Steering rack, column & wheel/ Front rockers & front lower wishbones/Alloy fuel and oil tanks/radiators & alloy coolant pipes/ Bilstein front coilover dampers /Bellhousing/adaptor/engine frames............& possibly a few other odd bits.

...and that is about it!

Could perhaps have a future with a bike engine delicately shoved in the back
