2004 MGZR 1.4 CASTLE COMBE HOT HATCH CHALLENGE CAR.

This car was run in the castle combe saloon series with an 1.8 engine.

Now fitted with a fully rebuilt 1.4 engine and gearbox, to run class d, hot hatch challenge.

gearbox has fiesta st150 internals with a lng first gear and 4.06 ratio final drive.

engine has fully modified head ,ported alloy manifold with 52mm alloy throttle body, cold air intake with ramair filter.

alooy high flow radiator with front mount electric fan swithc controlled.

kmaps ecu remapped 121.8 hp @6905rpm, torque 96.6lbs@6346rpm.

uprated clutch with drive torque paddle plate.

custom 2.5 exhaust with cst.

engine and box solid mounted. suspension polly bushed, neg camber plates on the rear.

gear linkage rose jointed.

front brakes 60vvc with yellow stuff pads. new drums on rear . brake lines inside car.Tilton brake bias lever in cockpit.

Gaz gold suspension, 2.5 id springs, 550lbs front ,350lbs rear. Adjustable top mounts.

Running on hairpin alloys. 6.5 16 with nankang ns2 semi slicks.

Quality race seat with schroth harness, removable steering wheel. full safety devices rollcage.

plumbed in fire extinguisher. glass w/screen all other windows plastic.

fuel lines in car with dry break connectors adjustsble fuel reg.

lightweight race battery new stater fitted.

alloy fuel tank in spare wheel well new fuel pump.

belts and seat dated to 2024.
