Built by Autodelta for the Alfa Romeo works team in 1972 and used during the 1972 and 1973 World Sports Car Championship seasons.
One of a three car assault on the 1972 Le Mans 24 Hours. Driven by Andrea De Adamich and Nino Vaccarella to an impressive 4th overall - The best of the Alfas that year.
This was the last works entered Alfa Romeo ever to finish Le Mans to date.
Beautifully presented having been restored and maintained by Tim Samways in its previous ownership and Pearsons Engineering in its current.
