Such a shame that you missed out there because you would have realised what a great car this is to race. It is completely ready to race and wants for nothing. It may not be the fastest car on the track but it makes up for that with impeccable handling. And it has proved reliable time after time.
This is a 2004/5 facelift model import, converted to a race car shortly after. As a result there is zero rust. New engine last season. Car is prepared by a CKL technician, building on work carried out by TDI North. 5th overall at Goodwood Sprint Sep 2022 with a 1:32:11 (from a standing start!!). Multiple Class wins during 2021/22. This is a fully prepared and ready-to-race competitive race coupe that is relatively easy to drive fast and highly reliable. It is not a concours car but it is very striking and photogenic. It was the 2022 'poster car' for the BRSCC Clubsport Trophy (https://brscc.co.uk/formulae/) in which it has been competitive. Also raced in CSCC TinTops, New Millenium and Open series, CTCRC Pre '03 Touring Cars and MSV Trackday Trophy. In 2019 it finished joint 2nd in Class in the BARC NW Sports Saloon Championship.
