I had the engine rebuilt by Bill Grant, who is a well-known Ford racing (and Zephyr) guy in Vancouver BC.
Flat top forged pistons. Shot peened steel rods. Balanced rotating assembly, including pistons, crank and rods.
10.5:1 compression
Cam is 292 duration and .450 lift for best power 2500 to 6800 RPM
Raymond Mays head is completely reworked. New guides, hardened seats and the larger valves, and uprated springs.
The rocker assembly is stock and could use some TLC (and remember 1 valve adjuster is missing).
Custom lightened aluminum flywheel set-up for a tilton dual disk clutch. These engines make a lot of torque so this is an important upgrade.
