This car was built by renowned marque specialists Kelvedon Lotus as a road car with many 26R upgrades and would be a relatively easy conversion to FIA Appendix K for historic racing.
Genuine Lotus supplied 26R chassis, genuine Lotus supplied 26R body shell in Carmen Red.
Original 26R driveshafts, discs, front and rear adjustable wishbones and correct 26R hubs.
Running on 6" Minilites for the road, easily converted to magnesium race wheels.
26R balance bar pedal box, alloy brake fluid reservoirs.
Currently running standard 2000E gearbox.
Lotus twincam with L block dynoed at 144BHP, rebuilt by Paul Fisher, ex-BRM technician.
FIA roll hoop and sidebars.
Full interior trim with special lightweight door cards.
100 miles on the road since total rebuild.
