1973 Ford Escort RS1600 VIN # BFATMC03914.

Built from the road car in Scotland by Brayon Engineering in the early 2000's

Car has a low miles Sherwood BDG Ford  2L engine fitted - fast and reliable dry sump engine with mechanical fuel injection producing circa 285bhp.

Two ZF 5 speed gearboxes, one synchro and one dog. Both rebuilt recently. Synchro box in the car currently.

Reinforced body shell.

4 sets of wheels, 2 lightweight sets (new last year) and 2 heavier sets. 

Car has been completely rewired and replumbed over winter 23/24

All safety equipment is new. New fuel cell in 2022. 

Fitted with exhaust gas gauge and fuel pressure gauge in addition to the usual gauges.

Car is fully sorted and reliable.

Many miscellaneous spares, springs, fuel pumps, ignition parts etc etc included.

Spare engine also available by separate negotiaiton.
