I have for sale a very rare ZF S5-18/3 Race gearbox produced for BMW Racing in the late 60's/early 70's. This isn't a converted road gearbox, it's a very early genuine race gearbox with low production number and complete with magnesium bellhousing. The gearbox was bought from a gentleman racer in Italy as part of a group of 4 ZF gearboxes with the intention to covert it for use in a MK2 Escort rally car. It was sent to ZF specialist, Martin Jones who disovered that it was a genuine BMW race box in original period condition with lightweight gears etc.. We decided that it would be wrong to destroy such a rare piece of BMW race history so it was rebuilt retaining all the original internals and is now ready for an enthusiast or period car restoration etc..

I'm travelling from the UK to Northern Sweden via France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany and Denamrk on June 16th so would be willing to deliver on route.
