Description:

• One of only 4 Cosworth-Ford MAE engined Mk2's built, chassis 1025 was exported new to the US in 1959 (first owner was David Schiff of NY then subsequently Frank Gallo and Ugo Piccagli until 2015 when it returned to the UK. It then had a bare-frame rebuild by Iain Rowley who has maintained and improved the car ever since.
• Both bodywork and paint are believed original and are wonderfully patinated although it currently wears a GRP nosecone (the damaged alloy original is present and repairable).
• Fully prepped prior to 2024 season but not used, including:
• Engine refresh by Iain Rowley
• Addition of rare Urban Fassler cylinder head - much improved performance but keeps the car in FJ class B2
• Webers & distributor fully rebuilt
• Set up & rolling road at Dan Setford’s giving 101bhp
• New HTP valid until 31/12/2035
• In-date belts and extinguisher. The car is with Iain Rowley/ Delta Motorsport in Oxfordshire.
• Much reduced price - this is a potential front running car and needs to be used!
