Swift SC95 FF1600 - With Engine or Rolling Chassis

This is a car that has a huge amount of pedigree, winning the 2013 Castle Combe FF1600 Class B championship and appearing at the Walter Hayes Trophy, owned by my customer since 2014 and previously by Nathan Ward and current Castle Combe Safety Car driver Roly Hamblin. It last ran in 2017 however due to circumstances has not been raced since. 

The car has been run with Swift Cooper and until 2017 was fully race ready. With some investment this car is race winning capable, and offers a relatively affordable avenue into single seater racing. It is an instantly recognisable car nationally and especially in the Castle Combe community, and deserves to be back where it belongs sooner rather than later on track.

Full package includes:

- Swift SC95 rolling chassis

- 1600cc Kent engine, last refreshed in 2017 by Bold

- Hewland 4-speed transmission

- Full suspension and brake systems

- Fuel and gear linkage systems

As described it does need some work, which currently would include:

- Brake pads and clutch

- Extinguisher system and seatbelts

- Wishbones and joints rubbed, cleaned and painted, some joints may need replacing

- Full engine rebuild

- General clean and check of whole car, and freshening the bodywork

With its association with Swift Cooper there is the option to pursue running with them, who have a long and very illustrious career in winning machinery with FF1600. I also can provide assistance if required, and am happy to work with any new driver if this is of interest.

Price is for the full car with engine, but am happy to consider selling as a rolling chassis if this is preferable. I am also happy to consider offers different to mine, I am looking for a sale soon especially with a car of such history.
