Ginetta g40 ‘cup’ spec (ex grdc car) with updated 2.0 st170 zetec engine. Road legal with current mot, no advisory’s. Qantrum dampers, new AR1  tyres (one trackday old). The engine upgrade is really transformative, and took the car from something very quick and rewarding though corners, but a bit frustrating in a straight line, to a very balanced performance car.

Ideal track car or for use in many uk races series; 750mc roadsports, msv trackday trophy, many others.

Newly built engine spring 2025 (£4K) with high compression head, vernier pulleys on inlet and exhaust, mapped  by hybrid tune, making just over 200bhp.

Fully rebuilt gearbox (£800) and new clutch at the same time.

2014 car with 19k miles on the clock, In good condition. Lots of new parts fitted in my ownership. I must have spent £6k in the last 6 months on the engine, gearbox, clutch, tyres, new pads etc. (I have stopped myself adding it up!)

Has been super reliable in the 2 years I’ve owned it, and very enjoyable. I bought this with the intention of racing it, but I’m no closer now than I was 18 months ago,  having just enjoyed it on trackdays instead, driving it there and back. It sits alongside a std. Elise in my garage that covers more bases if I’m not going to race, so this now has to go.
