Bullet-Proof Reliability: Equipped with the latest evolution of our 229performance S58 powertrain (V5), it benefits from years of engine development, refinement and successful testing in a variety of applications. 

Responsiveness Like an N/A: The fresh-air antilag system maintains turbo speed during off-throttle phases, ensuring near-instant boost recovery and response characteristics comparable to naturally aspirated engines. By continuously supplying compressed air to the exhaust side, it stabilizes turbine shaft speed, minimizes transient lag, and delivers immediate torque on throttle re-engagement – with significantly higher overall output potential, compared to N/A engines. That means little to no turbo-lag, with all the benefits of a turbo engine's power output.

Adjustability: Adapt instantly to temperature shifts, surface changes, or driver preference. The control interface allows in-car adjustment of boost level, throttle response and antilag aggressiveness – without re-flashing or external tools: Either for immediate use or to adjust the car to a junior driver's development over months or years.

Handling:  The G87’s reinforced chassis, combined with our co-developed Wisefab axle geometry and the N/A feel of the 229performance S58 fresh-air antilag system equiped engine, creates a car that is highly communicative. Steering inputs translate linearly, weight transfer is intuitive, and torque modulation feels analog – enabling confident proximity driving and consistent line execution even deep into drift angle. A platform designed to let drivers focus on style and precision, not correction.

Data-Driven:  Like in sim-drifting, but for real – the M2 Drift Competition integrates a high-resolution telemetry suite providing real-time data on temperatures, pressures, AFR, and torque delivery. Data is used for predictive maintenance, component life tracking, and driver coaching — allowing teams to spot wear trends, refine setups faster, and translate intuition into actionable numbers. Every lap, every run, becomes measurable progress.

How we work:

Consulting: We take time to make sure to introduce the vehicle to you in depth, so you can make sure it matches your program's goals and purposes. A test-drive in an existing 229performance M2 Drift Competition can be arranged.

Purchase: Together, we make sure that all optional components of the car are along your specific requirements, this includes wheel mount dimensions, UI-component positioning, choices in color & trim, etc.

Build-Phase: We build the car in an agreed timeframe, we will dyno and test the vehicle several times before the final setup-drives, to which you are welcome to join us on track, of course.

Pick-Up: Terms of shipping to be negotiated individually. A personal pickup at our facility can be arranged.

Operation: Following the first run, we perform a preventive data check to verify parameters, ensure reliability, and fine-tune calibration before the next outing.
