SQ6M Cosworth Pectel ECU ,  removed from car working fine end of 2022 season before moving to new ecu for hybrid era.

Please nmote: This is the M Version of the SQ6.

The main difference is that the Pectel SQ6M has more CAN ports (three) than the SQ6 (two), and it also offers more on-board logging memory (4MB). Additionally, the SQ6M includes more advanced features like a multi-position rotary pot for on-the-fly fuel map selection and additional inputs for things like knock sensors and thermocouples. 

 

Pectel SQ6

• CAN Ports: Two
• Logging Memory: On-board data logging, but the specific amount isn't as high as the SQ6M
• Features: Capable of fully sequential fueling, fly-by-wire, and works with a wide range of engines 

Pectel SQ6M

• CAN Ports: Three
• Logging Memory: 4MB, capable of logging at up to 2000 samples per second
• Features: Includes the standard features of the SQ6, plus:
  • A four-position rotary Cal_Pot for selecting four separate fuel maps on the fly
  • Dedicated inputs for knock sensors and thermocouples
