1997 Porsche 993 3.8 RSR Engine M64/75 built by Konrad Motorsport

Raced in Europe in 1997, in Sweden 1998 and on. Early 2000’s it ended up in a road car that did very few kilometers and then standing in a workshop on a pallet from 2011.

Engine number 63S85621 – This block is from a 1995 Carrera RS (identical to the RSR-block) that Konrad Motorsport used to build the engine on. This makes it ideal for street use in a road registered car as well as racing historically.

The engine is 99% complete with original parts only, all to 1998 RS/RSR spec. Block and valve lifters are RS, the rest RSR. Exhaust is Inconel with two catalytic converters (as per Swedish race regulation in 2001). The original ECU is missing. The clutch currently mounted is from a road car, made to mate a 915 gearbox – not a recommended combination.

As the engine have been sitting still for 15 years, it will require an overhaul by a race mechanic before used.
