1500cc Suzuki Hayabusa Engine 

Here we have a freshly rebuilt zero miles Hayabusa engine and gearbox. It's got everything you know you want and pulled 202bhp at the wheels with 237bhp at the crank. It was mapped in 2025 on a 9A4 MBE ECU and the map is available as part of this sale, so no extra work for you! 

Spec is as follows:
74mm JE pistons extra 100cc)
CR upped to 13.5:1. Carillo H section oversize conrods.
67.5mm Stroked crank (extra 100cc)
Ported Cylinder Head.  High lift cams+2mm on both inlet and exhaust.  Adjustable camshaft pulleys, timed to manufacturers specification and tig welded in position.  Cometic block spacer. Busa ITB's offset bored out+2mm. Complete with the injectors it was mapped on. Manual timing chain tensioner. Autoblip downshift actuator. Billet clutch basket and center.

Stripped, inspected and rebuilt by me (Highland Performance) to ensure all good prior to sale.  Nothing required so a new 3 x layer Cometic head gasket and timing chain were fitted, as part of the rebuild.
