For sale is a BMW E46 DTC including a second chassis, with an interesting and well-documented racing history from the early 2000s.

The original chassis achieved a major highlight in 2001, winning the prestigious Guia Race in Macau with Duncan Huisman, entered by Carly Motorsport.

From 2002 onwards, the car was campaigned in the Italian championship. It was initially run by the renowned CibiEmme Team, which was closely involved in BMW’s factory efforts in the Italian Super Touring Championship during the 1990s.

After the 2002 season with CibiEmme, the car was raced by GDL Racing in the 2003 and 2004 seasons. It subsequently remained active in the Italian championship with various private drivers until 2012.

During its racing career, the original chassis was stripped. The car as it stands today has been fully rebuilt on a new factory chassis.

The original chassis is complete, in good condition, and included in the sale, together with the original passport.

The car is currently fitted with a higher displacement performance engine, installed by the previous owner together with a modern Bosch MS3Sport engine management system.

The vehicle is fully functional and ready to run, making it ideal for track days or historic racing events.
