I'm looking to sell my Audi TCR. VAT included. The net last price is €45,000 for the car itself on four wheels. 

And last price €49,000 with extras: new and used tires, an air tank, 8 wheels, and probably something else.

The engine has approximately 700 km on it. It will be replaced in 2023.

but I have an invalid safety tank approval.
And that's why I can lower the price by €1,200.

Ich möchte meinen Audi TCR verkaufen. Die Mehrwertsteuer ist inklusive. Der Nettopreis für das Fahrzeug beträgt 45.000 €. 
Mit Zubehör (neue und gebrauchte Reifen, Lufttank, 8 Felgen und eventuell weiteren Extras) liegt der Preis bei 49.000 €. 
Der Motor hat ca. 700 km Laufleistung und wird 2023 ausgetauscht.
Ich besitze jedoch eine ungültige Sicherheitstankgenehmigung.
Und deshalb kann ich den Preis um 1.200 € senken.
