1971 Bowell Nagari MK8 race car RHD

One of only 100 coupes factory built between 1968 and 1974 and the only one assembled in South Africa. Letter from Campbell Bolwell, Chairman and founder to confirm it’s provenance. Huge history file dating back to 1971.

Raced in South Africa in the 80’s then Belgium, Germany and Holland in FIA Young Timers GT series, Belgium Historic Cup and FHR Langstrecken Cup.

Imported to UK 2015 and underwent a 5 year restoration with receipts and photos.

Racing with HSCC in HRS & 70’s Road Sports since 2020. Also eligible for Equipe 70’sExpired Belgium FIA HTP and current HSCC VIF papers.

GRP body with steel backbone chassis. Currently 1000kg dry. C.A.M.S & FIA weight is 912kg.

1,255 miles on engine and drive train only. Just broken in.
