1965 Alfa Romeo Giulia Sprint GT Historic Race Car

Offered for sale is this professionally prepared Alfa Romeo Giulia Sprint GT historic competition car, first registered on 1 November 1965.

The car was extensively restored and converted for historic motorsport use. An independent valuation and technical report dating from 1999 documents the competition specification and restoration carried out at that time.

Documented specification includes:

• 1,570 cc Alfa Romeo four-cylinder engine
• 152 bhp as documented in the 1999 valuation report
• Alfa Romeo GTA gearbox
• Limited-slip rear differential
• Competition-prepared suspension and braking system
• Historic touring-car specification

According to the 1999 report, the body underwent a comprehensive restoration and was professionally refinished, while the engine, gearbox and mechanical components were extensively rebuilt and prepared for competition use.

The car is accompanied by historic FIA/ASN documentation, including an FIA Historic Vehicle Identity Form issued in 1999 and referring to FIA Homologation No. 5048.

Please note: the car has not competed in FIA events for approximately ten years and its historic FIA documentation is not currently valid for competition. Any current FIA HTP or competition eligibility would need to be confirmed or renewed by the new owner.

In recent years the car has primarily been used for historic motoring and motorsport meetings rather than competitive FIA racing.

The car is not road registered and is intended for circuit/historic motorsport use.
