We have here for sale our 2 car race transporter/workshop.

It was originally built for the Works SEAT outfit in the BTCC by Hopkins Motosport in 2005 and the original build sheet is below. Cost to build in 2005 was over £115,000 and would be upwards of £150,000 today. When it was built it was the highest spec trailer Hopkins had built to date.

We have owned the trailer since 2015 and used in as part of our BTCC program and it is now surplus to requirements as we have a new race trailer  we use.

Since the original build it has undergone changes and upgrades and been kept in brilliant condition.

• The Awning is a Brand New Awning Co 12m x 8m soft sided unit that has been used twice since being fitted in 2016
• The exterior of the truck was replainted in 2015
• The front office repurposed as a small workshop/storage area with fridge in 2010
• The belly lockers were all upgraded to pantograph coach style

Internal

All walls and ceiling finished in gloss white GRP.

Chamfered lighting in top corners of roof full length of car area

Tops of benches finished in 3mm thick black circular rubber with recessed Load lock tracking, corner edges of benched finished in radiused aluminium profile.

Height under bench 86cm.

Height above bench 165cm at lift.

Width between benches 86cm

5 x fixed lista cabinets on right hand side

3x fixed lista cabinets on left hand side with 2x positions to use as work stations or storage areas, folding bench at rear on both sides.

2 x 240 volt 3pin sockets in area under each work station, load lock re-cessed into walls under eack work station.

2x 240volt sockets at end of fixed cabinets on each side.

2x 240 volt sockets re-cessed into partition between office and workshop rearward facing.

2x 240 volt sockets and air couplings recessed into 1 bench leg on either side (the most centrally mounted leg)

Recessed load lock into the floor the full length of car area between benches with approx 80cm apart?

Load lock on each bench support leg from top to bottom.

Storage under car area accessed from rear via Tail lift width 226cm length 230cm to wheel arches

All under floor lockers floor finished in 18mm pynoilc ply with load lock to suit. Wall and ceiling finished in gloss white.

240 volt and 24 volt lighting in lockers, 3 x double 240volt 3 pin sockets in front lockers.
