Top running 944 3.0 ltr race car competed in CSCC Modern Classic championship and more recently in the Welsh Sports and Saloon Car Championship where it achieve two class wins (Mallory Park) and three second place finishes (Pembrey) this season against more powerful race cars and was a top 10 finisher in the Welsh Championship. The car was prepared by EMC (renown porsche race car builders) and has a full welded in multipoint roll cage, plumbed in fire extinguisher (recently serviced) with seats and belts still in date for competition. Front wings and bonnet are fibre glass with polycarbonate side windows and original glass rear hatch, recent rebuilt gearbox with JMG rose jointed short shift gear linkage and new driveshafts fitted prior to last race of the season. Strong engine which has been reliable all season and never let us down. Standard brake discs but fitted with Pagit RS29 pads and racing brake fluid for this season. Suspension is Gaz fully adjustable all round and the car handles exceptionally well allowing for high cornering speeds. Wheels are 7.5 and 8.0 inch Porsche D90’s with Pirelli List 1A tyres (only list 1A tyres allowed for Welsh Championship). Only selling as moving up to a different class for next season.
