Description:

Kawaski ZZR 1100 – modified and freshly rebuilt.

This engine was until recently installed in a Radical Clubsport.

It was completely refreshed and modified for increased performance by RLM Racing in late 2016 and only ran for dyno setting up and one race meeting before I bought the car and removed it to be replaced with a Hayabusa engine.

The refresh cost of the engine alone was over £3750.

• Kawasaki ZZR 1100cc

• Modified Sump

• Sequential 6 speed gearbox

• Re-profiled camshafts

• Adjustable cam sprockets

• +2mm Over size JE high compression piston kit

• +2mm Over bored barrel

• H-Beam Carrillo Connecting Rods

• All new bearings, gaskets, consumables and any parts showing signs of wear replaced.

Also included are the following :

• Matched set of Keihn carburettors

• Airbox

• Full engine loom

• Coil packs

• Exhaust primary & secondary pipes and silencer

• Radical dash

• Spare Alternator

• Spare Starter Motor

• Engine mounts

• S/S  braided oil lines (for routing to an oil cooler)

The engine was set up by RLM Racing on their dyno and produced 156.1 hp and 96.4 ft.lbs torque AT THE REAR WHEELS (dyno plot available).

I also have a complete standard ZZR 1100 engine that is included.
