Shell:

Seam welded and strengthened under bonnet

new polycarbonate window kit

flocked dash

fabricated seat rails, handbrake mount, pump box. Floor boxes etc. 

new carbon look door and quarter cards

brand new compomotive alloys (15”)

safety devices bolt in cage with harness bar. 

Suspension:

front pts tarmac coil overs with forest springs

pts grp.n wishbones

larger 1.9 hubs 

Rear:  rebuilt 1.9 beam with new bearings seals etc. solidly mounted with pts 23mm torsion bars and pts anti roll bar. 

Rear bistein dampers. 

Brakes: 

front 1.9 calipers with new drilled and grooved discs and ebc pads 

rear: drilled and grooved discs and mintex pads (all bleed nipples perfect)

braided hoses all round going through car 

pts pedal box rebuilt with dash adjuster 

new upright hydraulic handbrake on fabricated mount 

Engine: 

1.6 eight valve lightened and balanced

lightened flywheel

paddle clutch

baffled sump

ported and polished head

piper 285 cam with vernier timing gear 

grp. N exhaust 

solid engine mounts 

twin 45 Weber carbs 

Transmission: 

Be1 box with 4.6 cwp 

tran-x plate diff

rose jointed gear linkage 

new 1.9 shafts. 

All parts are either new or reconditioned. The car has a comprehensive spares package which includes panels, shafts, wheels etc etc. 

The car requires seats and harnesses and wiring etc to finish. A lot of time and money has been spent on the car to date and is immaculate. More detailed spec. Pictures etc can be provided on request.
