2005 Mercedes Sprinter 3.5T Transporter.

This has been our team transporter for the past 3 seasons transporting our Austin A35 and A40 racecars.  Its the largest box you'll find on a 3.5T chassis cab with a internal length of 4.7m, width of 2.22m and height of 2.28m.  It comfortably carries our car/s, ez-up awning and flooring and is a good space for our drivers to get changed, do some data and watch some video.  Internal ramp length is 3.4m, 60cm wide and storage gap in the middle is 82cm wide.

Most of its life it has been a 'walkers crisp' van until being converted by GT trailers to carry their formula fords.  I purchased in Jan 2016, you can drive this van on a normal car license which makes it very usable.  It would ideally suit FFord, small historic, caterham, C1 etc.

In my ownership I've covered 10,000 miles, (now at 206,000) its had new brake dics, pads, callipers, flexi lines all round, 2 oil services, new exhaust, hand brake cables, aux drive belts, 4 brand new tyres still with loads of tread left on them.  

It has a 'superwinch 5000' installed with its own independent battery and 5m remote which I use to load the car up with everytime, you can drive in but the winch is great if you do have a non runner at the end of the day.  The ramps sit under the car as do the ali steps whilst in transit.  It also has a tow bar at the rear.
