Heaton Rudd Monoposto single seater racing car.
Built in 1969 but first raced 1971 in both monoposto and combined F3 races. Also later sprinted and hillclimbed. First built with Dulon bodywork without wings and later updated to later Dulon bodywork and March nose (in current spec).
Fitted much modified Ford Crossflow 1600 engine with Hewland MK6 gearbox. Running on Revolutions with slicks (possibly past their best) and fitted grooved slicks (very grippy).
Rebuilt by original builders and unused until my ownership. Prepared for 2017 by Hi-Spec Motorsport of Kidderminster and hillclimbed by myself at 4 outings at Shelsley Walsh hill last year, where i bettered my all time best on the first run up !!
Immortalised in the Formula One Associations concise history of Monoposto (only 75 copies, one with car).
