Longcylinder head-vapour blasted and cleaned, ported to suit

Cylinder head - vapour blasted and Cleaned, ported to suit new long alloy inlet stubs, new
48DCOE carbs, new JEA racing springs, new guides with stem oil seals and new +1mm oversize
inlet and exhaust valves. New CatCams camshafts. 1030242 exhaust and 1030243 inlet,camfollower
bores relieved to clear cam lobes and re-shimmed to Catcams specitication
Skimmed to give 11:1 CR with JE pistons.
Block - vapour blasted and Cleaned, new JE 84.5mm bore forged high comp. pistons with
matching liners. new billet conrods with 12.9bolts. NO crankshaft cracks detected when  oil way plugs
removed, oil ways Cleaned and new plugs fitted, Crank balanced with pulley and new Hewland
Spec. flywheel and fitted with new timing chains. Baffled Alfetta type sump with new oilpump
New mains, bigends and thrusts?

Ignition- Bosch distributor rebuiltwith modified curve advance by Bob Dove and fitted withPetronix Ignitor electronic ignition. New cap and leads with new NGK B8ES plugs.
Reassembled, Dyno tested and run-In at Mass Dyno, Great Gransden, power output:
Max torque: 161.8 lb/ft at 5560rpm (more than 150 from 4200 to 6800 )
Max power: 195.5 bhp at 6675rpm (194.6 at 7000 and more than 170 from 5500 to 7500) head – vapour blasted and cleaned, ported to suit new long alloy inlet Stubbs new 48DCOE carbs.
