1969 series 4 DHC Elan, professionaly  restored to original specification on genuine Lotus galvanised chassis in 2007, at 85000 miles. from 2007 to 2023 remained, mainly, in private collection of Restorer. Recommissioned in 2023 at a mileage of 90000 which included, braking ,clutch, cooling  and fuel systems, replacement TTR adjustable front shock absorbers and springs.new battery etc.

 This year the engine has been subject to a comprehensive rebuild, including, QED forged pistos , all bearings sprockets and cam chain. A Burton casette type water pump .New oil pump with spin on filter. The cylinder head refurbihed by JS Motorsport.

The car is in very good condition with excellent paintwork, with the following upgrades. Alternator, Alloy Radiator with thermostatically controlled electric fan.Safety Devices roll bar,Electric fuel pump. TTR adjustable dampers and springs.
