Description:

This Porsche 993 Cup in guards red, is an original CARRERA CUP.  This vehicle is number 12 of the last 15 1998 air cooled (993 Carrera Cup) race cars manufactured by Porsche.  This car was never raced professionally, has not been restored and has original paint. It is a matching numbers car and is about as perfect as a Porsche 993 Carrera Cup can be.  Collectors consider it to be a unicorn of the Porsche Carrera Cup race cars.

The current owner had the engine rebuilt and sealed by Porsche North America because it was unclear how many hours were on the motor.  The motor currently has less than 10 running hours.  This car is set up for track use but the original seats, which are in perfect condition, are included in the package.
The livery on this car is based on the 1995 Porsche 993 Super Cup VIP car.
