Akurra Motorsport is a multi-race winning Formula Vee team, located in Melbourne Australia.

Akurra Motorsport is the biggest Formula Vee team in Australia, supporting and running multiple cars. Whether you’re a newcomer, exKarter, or a well-rehearsed veteran racer, the team is flexibly postured to support drivers at all levels.

For International Drivers, we can facilitate and assist with administrative support, airport transfers, accommodation, licencing etc..

Our Arrive & Drive package covers the following inclusions:

• Event Entry & Garage Fee
• Pre-Test Induction Brief (can be done online or at the team’s factory)
• Static car familiarisation 
• Seat fitting & pedal adjustments to suit the driver 
• Turn-by-turn track overview (can be done online or at the team’s factory)
• Race preparation and car setup
• Routine consumables and race fuel
• Tyres
• Transport of car & tools/equipment to race track and back
• Crew support & race engineering
• Driver coaching & data analysis using lap timing and onboard footage
• Post activity checks and damage clearance

TEST DAY: A Test day usually has approximately 70-80 mins of track time, broken down in 4-5 session.

Total cost for a Test Day is € 1,399. Damage repair cost is not included. Refundable Damage Repair Bond charge may apply.

Race Round: If you are interested in competing in a full 3-day race round: Formula Vee race rounds start on a Friday, and finish on a Sunday.
Typically, the total expected track time for the entire round is approximately 2.5 hours. Breakdown as follows:

- Friday Practice:
4 x 15 mins Practice Sessions.

- Saturday
1 x 22 mins Qualifying session; and
1 x 22 mins Race.

- Sunday
2 x 22 mins Races


Total cost for a Race Round is € 3,499. Damage repair cost is not included. Refundable Damage Repair Bond charge may apply.
