BMW M2 Competition. New build over winter 2024-2025 and only competed in 6 Britcar events since new. Only for sale due to unexpected bereavement of the owner on behalf of his wife.

When the decision was made that our client wanted a new race car we decided that a BMW factory built M2CS or M4 GT4 was the way forward. We proceeded to view a few cars, look at the specification, power, weight etc and decided we could build something more competitive in the current UK race class structure ourselves. We knew we could build something lighter and more powerful than the GT4 counterpart.

Multiple maps to suit different power to weight ratio’s:

502 bhp-460ft/lbs      (370 bhp/ton)

480 bhp-450 ft/lbs      (350bhp/ton Britcar GT class/Supersport Endurance Pro A)

419 bhp-450 ft/lbs      (310bhp/ton Britcar Trophy class/Supersport Endurance Pro B)

We decided to take all the best bits from the M4 GT4 car such as suspension arms, Ohlins dampers and Drexler diff and build them into the M2 chassis. From this stage we added light weight panels, light weight, motorsport spec wiring harness and tried to remove as much as weight as possible.

Drenth DG500 sequential gearbox with Geartronics Easyshift, 3 races since new (we originally built this car using the standard DCT gearbox but unreliability forced the swap to the Drenth after Snetterton Britcar race in May 2025)
