Description:
BRIEF HISTORY: Sold to historic racing driver Karl Heinz Wagner in 1987 by Ken Booth Racing. It was bought by John Hutchison in 2013, returned to the UK and restored over 8 years.
This has been a competitive car in Class C2 of the British FJ Championship with numerous Class podiums and was 2nd in class overall in 2021. This car was invited to Goodwood Revival by Lord March and performed well in 2022.
CONDITION: The car has been fully restored by reputable UK race engineers including chassis-up rebuild, engine, transmission, drive, hubs, brakes and electricals. The VW gearbox was refreshed by Racing Transmissions, and the engine was rebuilt in early 2025 with only 3 races since. Set-up data by RaceDyn is available.
