Mallock Mk20B Clubmans A Sport
Description:
Mallock Mk20B A sport, 1979, an interesting car as this was the only Mallock ever built for Formula Atlantic, driven in its first season by Alan Webb and Ray Mallock. At the end of that year it was converted to the usual Clubmans spec and purchased by Creighton Brown, after some years in his ownership it passed to Hugh Chamberlain from whom I bought it late 2017.
Full race 1700 A Sport engine running twin 45s, recently refreshed, last time on dyno produced 181bhp. All usual updates done :
Twin bearing rear axle
Secondary propshaft safety hoop.
Kevlar reinforced internal panel
Ford diff to replace original BMC one.
Lightweight diff casing.
Lightweight sump.
Roller rocker conversion.
Belts in date until end of 2027. Total of 10 wheels, one set with Avon slicks, one set with Avon wets plus a spare front and spare rear. Comes with both low and high downforce noses plus respective nose frames. Spare "Zandvoort" silencer, starter motor, rear wing, electrical parts etc.
Championship winning car with wins/poles/fastest laps in recent years. Handles beautifully.
