Based on the Manual RDB-100, the RDB-125 is the perfect bender for the fabricator who wants an industrial powered bender on a budget.

 

 

This Tube bender has the ability to bend up to 64 x 4mm mild steel tubing and 50 x 3mm stainless steel tubing, all with a maximum centre line radius of 177mm (7”).  The model RDB-125 is a world class bender for cost conscience shops who are looking to do a lot of quality production.

 

The model 125 rotary draw bender will produce the same quality of bends as larger rotary draw machines, due to the use of the same world class tooling.

Low pressure industrial grade hydraulic system.

Uses standard Baileigh industrial drop on die sts for fast tooling changes.

Replaceable bronze bushings at all pivot points with grease points.

Anti spring back mechanism included.

Integrated degree dial with bend indicator included

Infinite tooling possibilities.

 

Two bending dies included - 1 3/4"  & 1 1/2"

Lower mount with 4 x lockable wheels.
