Description:

Designed by Peter Elleray, and driven by Jody Firth and Warren Hughes, the Embassy WFR03 was hugely succesful in its 2011 debut season in the Speed Euroseries, winning the championship against the likes of Ligier and Wolf.

In 2013, with legal and financial complications closing the team, the programme was taken over by Tiga cars and the car was further developed into the Tiga CN12B.

Jack Fabby took a CN12B to third in the 2019 Speed OSS Championship despite only competing in a handful of rounds.

Offered here is a rolling chassis in the original "up and over" spec bodywork. Our understanding is that the monocoque suffered an accident and underwent a documented repair in period (we can supply the documentation). However, following repair, the engine was removed for another project and the chassis was used for show purposes. Although in good condition, the car has been sat for a number of years and would need recomissioning.

The roller package includes:

-  Hewland FTR gearbox casing with K20 bellhousing

- AVO dampers

- AP brakes (F3 spec)

- Magnesium uprights

- Speedline wheels

- Pedals

- Steering Column and rack

- All suspension including wishbones, arms, bellcranks, pullrods etc.

 

Complete Mugen K20 and Duratec engine options are also available and the gearbox can be completed (or the casing part exchanged against a complete unit) subject to negotiation.

Having taken on all moulds, spares and drawings for the programme, Pit Lane Spares can supply all parts to finish the car to original spec, or tailor a spares package for the car subject to negotiation. 

All bodywork moulds are also available and are very high quality; sufficient to make body panels in carbon fibre if desired.

Results, lap times and setup sheets etc. for various circuits are also included.

The cars are very easy to drive fast and would make for extremely compeititve machines in historic and modern prototype racing or on the sprint / hillclimb circuit. A turbo or V8 conversion would make them unbelievably quick.
